Warranty terms

Naili Europe B.V. applies a warranty period of 2 years, provided that the installation instructions of the manual are complied with, which relate, among other things, to installation, capacity requirements, maintenance, use of spare parts and registration of the installation. Manufacturer guarantees that the compressor is suitable for at least 3,000 running hours per year. Warranty is given to the original owner of the compressor, provided the compressor has been paid for. Warranty covers material, construction, or manufacturing defects by the manufacturer or on the used original parts of the compressor, within the warranty period after the invoice date to the owner. Consumable parts such as filters and compressor oil are excluded from warranty claims, as is normal wear and tear. A dealer cannot rely on whether or not a service agreement has been concluded when handling a maintenance or warranty request.

1.1 Warranty application procedure and reimbursements:

In the event of technical problems with the compressor, the dealer must be informed by the owner without delay with the primary objective of restoring compressed air production. This can be done by means of a temporary (loan) compressor or by repair, with or without the replacement of parts. The travel and/or labor hours incurred, mileage reimbursement and costs for parts can be lawfully invoiced by the dealer to the owner.

If one or both parties are of the opinion that there may be a warranty application, they must request this from the dealer within 14 days. To do this, he must complete the warranty form (naili-europe.com/warranty) and send the relevant parts, photos and other argumentation to the dealer. The dealer will assess this, if necessary in consultation with the manufacturer, and answer it in writing. Shipping of parts will be done by all parties at their own expense.

If one of the parties does not agree with the assessment, this can be submitted to the manufacturer on request, who in turn will make a written assessment. Owner must at all times allow dealer and manufacturer access to the compressor for assessment.

When the warranty application is granted, the owner of the dealer and the dealer of the manufacturer will receive a credit note for the parts used, and for the invoiced mileage and labor costs. A maximum reimbursement of € 450.00 applies to costs incurred and only to the hours that relate to the warranty application, at the discretion of the manufacturer.

No compensation is awarded for consequential damage to underlying processes or equipment as a result of the loss of compressed air pressure, compressed air supply or compressed air quality.

1.2 Exclusion of Warranty

Naili Europe B.V. supplies a compressor that must be used within the predetermined preconditions as described in the manual. Warranty claims must be rejected by the dealer and manufacturer if, at or when:

Damage to the compressor as a result of unprofessional or injudicious actions, negligent or incomplete commissioning, or connection to a compressed air or electrical installation not installed by qualified professionals has occurred. Or other actions not in accordance with the manual, including, but not limited to, adjustments of settings, mechanical operations, adjustments in wiring, incorrect rotation direction or incorrect electrical voltages.

The warranty application is not accompanied by the requested fully completed forms or when relevant parts are not available for assessment. Additional information must also be provided on first call. Warranty claims expire immediately if untrue claims made by the applicant are established.

Warranty is excluded if the compressor is loaded with disproportionate running time per 24 hours, proves to be of insufficient capacity for the application, or is in a room with insufficient ventilation. Rejection also follows when there are external influences such as fall, shock, lightning strike. Stress, corrosion or damage by water or chemicals due to pipe breakage, rain, flooding or otherwise, or contamination of filters or as a result of contaminated machine parts.

Warranty is excluded due to improper use, neglect of maintenance, or the performance of insufficient or incorrect maintenance, whether or not due to ignorance or incompetence. A definite answer follows if non-original parts are used or if they are used for a different application as intended in the manual.
